PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a writing implement which has improved assembling property upon replacement of refill, in the writing implement in which such a state that a writing part on the front edge of the refill is projected from the front edge opening of a shaft is maintained because an engagement top part of an engagement member disposed slidably on a pressing member is engaged with the engagement part disposed on the pressing member.SOLUTION: A spring 40 as an elastic member is disposed on an inner part of a rear shaft 13 and a refill 20 is inserted to an inner part of the spring 40. One edge of the spring 40 is fit to a shaft part 62 and, thereby, the spring 40 and a pressing member 30 are connected to each other. The other edge of the spring 40 is brought into contact with a difference part 17 formed on an inner circumferential surface of the rear shaft 13 of a shaft 10. |
