<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parts supply device which prevents jamming of headed parts when supplying the headed parts such as screw while aligning the headed parts in a row.SOLUTION: A parts supply device 1 includes: sending belts 12a, 12b which hang a head part of headed parts S and conveys the parts; means for supplying the headed parts S to the sending belts 12a, 12b; a driving motor 10 which turns the sending belts 12a, 12b in normal direction or reverse direction; a separating supply unit 19 which is connected to conveyance final edges of the sending belts 12a, 12b and moves the headed parts S to a prescribed position; an arrival detection sensor 23 which detects that the headed parts S are delivered to the separating supply unit 19; and a control device 26 which drives the driving motor 10 in reverse direction based on a detection signal of the arrival detection sensor 23. When the headed parts S hung down by the sending belts 12a, 12b are bitten to adjacent headed parts S, the biting is released by the reverse driving of the sending belts 12a, 12b and, therefore, stable parts supply can be provided.</p> |
