The present invention relates to a curable flame retardant resin composition and a high-glossy flame retardant decorative sheet using the same and, more specifically, to a curable flame retardant resin composition exhibiting excellent hardness and elongation rate while having flame retardancy at the same time by using photocurable phosphazene derivatives and thermosetting resin mixtures, and to a high-glossy flame retardant decorative sheet using the same. The present invention forms a surface layer having high hardness since UV hardening is rapidly progressed on surfaces when performing primary UV hardening after coating the composition, forms dense elastic structures by progressing the additional reaction of epoxy reactors and siloxane compounds of resins through a secondary heat hardening and is able to manufacture a high-glossy flame retardant decorative sheet with excellent scratch resistance, excellent surface properties and high elongation. The high-glossy flame retardant decorative sheet of the present invention is able to reduce the manufacture costs of the decorative sheet since a base material does not need to include a retardant by containing the retardant in a surface coating resin and is able to prevent flame from spreading through a surface coating layer, wherein high-glossy flame retardant decorative sheet exhibits excellent surface gloss properties since the retardant chemically bonds with photocurable resins forming the coating layer. |
