A circuit for detecting an address includes: an address storage unit which receives an address whenever an active command is activated, and stores an N number of addresses recently inputted; and an address determination unit which determines whether an address currently inputted to the address storage unit is inputted more than a threshold number of times in each section where the active command is activated M (1<=M<=N) times with reference to the N number of addresses stored in the address storage unit.
