The present invention relates to a portable cosmetic treatment device which performs thermal therapy, has complex skin care functions, and performs skin care, by using electromagnetic and mechanical characteristics. The portable cosmetic treatment device comprises: a main body including a skin contact portion; an input unit provided on the main body and receiving an operation command for performing a skin care management function; a skin care operation unit provided on the main body and performing a skin care management operation; a controller for generating a control signal to perform a skin care operation based on the operation command input through the input unit; and a driver for driving a skin care operation unit by controlling the current and voltage in response to the control signal, wherein the skin care operation unit includes a thermal operation part, and the thermal operation part includes a thermoelectric element for heating or cooling the skin contact portion, and first and second thermal conduction members closely contacted with both sides of the thermoelectric element, thereby removing risks of fault, a short circuit, explosion, and the like, due to water leakage or moisture. |
