PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the efficiency of radio communication while reducing a calculation load on a centralized control station in a radio communication system in which an interference source is situated in the vicinity and an interference signal is generated.SOLUTION: A radio communication system comprises a centralized control station 10, and a base station device 20 for communicating with a terminal device by air. The centralized control station 10 receives, from each base station device 20, base station device information indicating information on radio communication of the base station device and information on radio communication of other base station devices 20, or other radio station devices 20 and their subordinate terminal devices. The centralized control station 10 selects and groups control object base station devices 20 on the basis of the received base station device information, then determines a communication parameter per grouped base station group, and notifies the base station devices 20 of the determined communication parameter. The base station devices 20 set the parameter announced by the centralized control station 10 to a parameter used in radio communication with the terminal devices.
