PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically estimate the number of households to be affected by radio interference in the case where a white space utilizing station is installed.SOLUTION: A radio interference affection household count estimation device 1 comprises a radio interference determination section 10 and a radio interference affection household count calculation section 20. In the radio interference determination section 10, a plurality of installation candidate points for a white space utilizing station and a plurality of household representative points receiving radio waves of the white space utilizing station are preset. Radio field strengths of the white space utilizing stations at the household representative points in the case where the white space utilizing stations are installed at the plurality of installation candidate points are stored beforehand. An installation point of the white space utilizing station subjected to investigation is acquired, interference data indicating interference caused by radio waves of the white space utilizing station subjected to the investigation are calculated using the radio field strength, the interference data and a threshold value are compared, and the presence/absence of radio interference is determined for each household representative point. On the basis of a result of the determination by the radio interference determination section 10, the radio interference affection household count calculation section 20 calculates the number of households to be affected by the radio interference caused by the white space utilizing station subjected to the investigation. |
