PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply system or the like capable of heating an electrolyte with efficiency under a low-temperature environment, for example, and of enhancing an ionic conductivity.SOLUTION: A power supply system comprises: a main battery 6 including a positive electrode, a negative electrode, and an electrolyte; and a high-frequency wave generation device 7 for applying a high-frequency voltage to the electrodes of the main battery. The high-frequency wave generation device 7 is operated to apply the high-frequency voltage between the electrodes of the main battery 6, and thereby, the electrolyte is heated. |
