PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent rice from naturally dropping from an outlet of a milling chamber when stopping a rice-polishing machine in rice polishing operation in a low state of a grain polishing degree.SOLUTION: In a control method of the rice polishing machine, when receiving a stopping signal from an operation stopping part in the middle of beating and rice-polishing by driving a rotary device in a state of adjusting a resistance device to resistance force of a degree of separating a resistance plate from the outlet by dead weight of unpolished rice filled in the milling chamber or resistance force of a degree of forming a clearance between the resistance plate and the outlet, a control device stops driving of the rotary device thereafter, and closes the outlet of the milling chamber by driving the resistance device in the direction for increasing the resistance force, and when receiving an operation starting signal from an operation starting part after closing, the control device drives and returns the resistance device to the resistance force in beating and rice-polishing, and resumes the driving of the rotary device. |
