摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric power facility operation planning system capable of easily performing integral optimization of power consumption in a plurality of institutions.SOLUTION: The electric power facility operation planning system is configured to integrally control demanded power in a plurality of institutions and comprises: a peak adjustment section for calculating a preset type of first evaluation value corresponding to demanded power of each institution at the interval of a predetermined time, summing up the first evaluation values of a plurality of institutions every time, performing optimization to reduce a peak value at a time when the total value becomes the peak value, and defining the optimized peak value as a restricted peak value; a cost adjustment section which optimizes a preset type of second evaluation value by distributing a part of the demanded power in each of facilities in the institution every time; and a restriction determination section which sums up the first evaluation values of the plurality of institutions where the second evaluation values are optimized, every time and determines whether the total value exceeds the restricted peak value, after the optimization.
