PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time required for reconfiguration of a call control DB by letting a standby system exert its full performance in a communication device.SOLUTION: In an example, a communication device includes: an active call control device; and a standby call control device for processing information on call control after system switching having a plurality of processor cores. The standby call control device receives call control information from the active call control device. The standby call control device determines the number of processor cores that can be allocated reconfiguring processing of a call control database using call control information by use of hardware resource information on the standby call control device in system switching. The standby call control device determines the number of processing units to reconfigure the call control database on the basis of the determined number of processor cores. |
