PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem in which results from a crash simulation of a vehicle or the like are difficult to grasp intuitively and it is not easy to discover relevance of results among a plurality of objects.SOLUTION: An analysis device for analyzing deformation in an object is provided. The analysis device includes: an acquisition unit for acquiring coordinate data along a time series at a plurality of points in the object; a calculation unit for calculating the amount of deformation feature indicating the amount of deformation in the object over time from the coordinate data at the plurality of points at each time in the time series; and a storage unit for setting the time series data for the amount of deformation feature as data for specifying a deformed state of the object, associating the data with the object, and storing the associated data. Also provided are an analysis method and a program that use the analysis device.
