PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure communication from a dynamic address while preventing communication from an indefinite address.SOLUTION: A management device includes an acquisition unit and a communication control unit. The acquisition unit acquires an address, corresponding to identification information of a terminal, from a storage unit that stores the identification information to identify the terminal that uses a service and an address allocated to the terminal in an associative manner, whenever the address allocated to the terminal is registered or updated. The communication control unit permits communication having an address acquired by the acquisition unit as a transmission source and an address of a server providing the service as a destination.
