PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain power consumption.SOLUTION: A signal processing device 110 comprises a combination unit 111, a second buffer 112, a detection unit 113, and a control unit 114. The combination unit 111 combines received retransmission data and data that were received in the past and stored in a first buffer 120 and that are corresponding to the retransmission data. The second buffer 112 stores output data from the combination unit 111. The detection unit 113 performs error detection of the output data. The control unit 114 transfers the output data stored in the second buffer 112 to the first buffer 120 if an error was detected by the detection unit 113. Furthermore, the control unit 114 does not transfer the output data stored in the second buffer 112 to the first buffer 120 if an error was not detected by the detection unit 113.
