<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a developer supply roller that has high removal ability of an undeveloped developer remaining on a developing roller after development and can supply a sufficient developer at a high speed, and to provide a method of manufacturing the developer supply roller.SOLUTION: In the developer supply roller covered with a high molecular foam material 12, the surface roughness of the outer peripheral surface is 60μm or more and less than 140μm.
