PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vacuum cleaner capable of pulling out the plug of a power cord not only in a normal use state but also in a storage state where the cleaner is erected with a back surface side facing down.SOLUTION: A power cord inlet/outlet (8) for putting-in/out a power cord is formed in the body rear part of a cleaner body 1. The power cord inlet/outlet (8) of the power cord is turned within the range of 90 degrees. The power cord inlet/outlet (8) is positioned on the back surface side of the cleaner body 1 in Fig. 1 in a normal use state. The inlet/outlet is positioned on the upper surface side of the cleaner body 1 in Fig. 1 in a storage state where the cleaner body 1 is erected with the back surface side facing down. Consequently, a user can pull out the plug of the power cord in one state or the other. |
