PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a self-supporting cosmetic sheet that can provide excellent beauty effects such as safety, long-lasting property and uniform UV-shielding effect.SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a self-supporting cosmetic sheet for skin that comprises at least one biocompatible and/or biodegradable hydrophobic polymer layer, has thickness of 30-1000 nm, preferably 50-500 nm, more preferably 100-400 nm, and contains at least one ultraviolet ray shielding agent. The cosmetic sheet according to the present invention can provide excellent beauty effects such as safety, long-lasting property and uniform UV-shielding effect. |
