PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent delay in communication processing.SOLUTION: A communication processing node 80 comprises: an S-CSCF 60 for performing communication processing; and a state management mechanism 70 for accessing to a distributed database 50 that holds state information on a mobile communication terminal 10. The state management mechanism 70 comprises: a holding unit 71 for holding state information as a cache; a lock unit 73 for holding a key indicating an access right to the distributed database 50 corresponding to the mobile communication terminal 10 and for locking a key corresponding to the mobile communication terminal 10 involved in state information on an access object; a writing unit 74 for outputting a response to an access request to the distributed database 50 to the S-CSCF 60 after the key is locked, and for writing in the cache and the distributed database 50 after the output; and a lock release unit 76 for releasing lock of the key after completion of writing in the distributed database 50.
