The present invention relates to an inner-coating device of water supply pipelines which includes a rotation base which is fixed and rotated in the length direction of a steel pipe; a cable installation unit which allows a cable to penetrate the steel pipe to be installed at both sides; a driving type injection device which reciprocates along the cable and injects cleaning air and paint onto the inside of the steel pipe to be coated; a cleaning supply part which supplies the cleaning air for cleaning the inside of the steel pipe through hose connection with one side of the driving type injection device; and a paint supply part which supplies paint for coating the inside of the steel pipe through house connection with the other side of the driving type injection device.
