PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pharmaceutical preparation which is a soft capsule capable of being administered in a state in which loxoprofen sodium is dissolved, the soft capsule being excellent in disintegrating property and dissolution property, and good at stability of a base without chronological generation of crack nor softening of a capsule skin.SOLUTION: A pharmaceutical preparation is obtained by dissolving loxoprofen sodium into a mixed solution consisting of propylene glycol and/or polyethylene glycol, propylene glycol fatty acid ester, and optionally triethyl citrate; filling a soft capsule with this solution; and at this time regulating a ratio of a total amount by weight of propylene glycol and/or polyethylene glycol, and triethyl citrate if it exists in the solution to a total amount by weight of the solution so as to be within a fixed range. |
