At this time, the A sides of the contacts 51 and 52 are connected with each other, and a power is supplied from a capacitor 45 of the light source lighting circuit 14 to the light source 12 via a capacitor 46. At an emergency, the emergency power source circuit 16 generates a predetermined DC voltage, and the emergency lighting circuit 17 supplies a predetermined DC current to the light source 12 from an output of the emergency power source circuit 16.
