Disclosed is a video encoding method for a pixel value compensation. The video encoding method for a pixel value compensation: encodes an input image sequence; generates a restoration image by performing a loop filtering for image data decoded by decoding the encoded image data; determines a pixel group including a compensation value and a restoration pixel, to be restored, about an error between each restoration pixel and a corresponding original pixel regarding restoration pixels of a predetermined group of the restoration image; and transmits an encoded compensation value and the bitstream of the encoded input image.
