PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an imaging apparatus which improves quality of a captured image by preventing a foreign substance from being deposited on an imaging surface of an imaging device unit, while reducing the number of components constituting the imaging device unit or the imaging apparatus, and realizing thinning in an optical axis direction of a lens.SOLUTION: An imaging apparatus comprises: a lens unit LU including image forming lenses L1 and L2; and an imaging device unit ISU which receives an imaged object image to photoelectric-convert it. An optical filter 6 is supported by a pressing frame 7 within a recess 15 of a unit fixing part 11 in the lens unit LU, and the imaging device unit ISU is supported by the unit fixing part 11 with a required gap in an optical axis direction of the lens in a state where an elastic ring 8 surrounding an area D at least including an imaging device of the imaging device unit ISU is interposed. |
