PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bath water heater capable of filling a bathtub with hot water while inhibiting waste of the hot water supplied to the bathtub in a case of executing filling the hot water into the bathtub after a drain plug is put again as a result of determining that the drain plug of the bathtub is pulled.SOLUTION: The bath water heater includes automatic hot water filling control means 21 exerting control to supply a first predetermined amount of hot water to a bathtub 2, to determine whether a drain plug 6 is pulled, to supply a second predetermined amount of hot water that is a water amount not more than a water amount calculated by subtracting the first predetermined amount from a set filling amount to the bathtub 2 when a hot water filling operation starts after halting the hot water filling operation due to the determination that the drain plug 6 is pulled, to heat the hot water in the bathtub 2 via a circulation path 3 and calculate a remaining water amount of the bathtub 2, and to supply a third predetermined amount of hot water calculated by subtracting this remaining water amount from the set hot water filling amount to the bathtub 2. |
