PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a clamp mechanism which can be easily detached, which hardly becomes loose and which can be attached stably with respect to a desk top plate and the like.SOLUTION: A clamp mechanism 1 pivotally supports a fastening tool 3 at an upper lateral piece 5 of a substantially U-shaped fitting 2. The fastening tool 3 is configured by having: a rotary member 9 having a female screw 22; and a fastening member 10 having a male screw 27 which is screwed with the female screw 22, and in which rotation is restricted with respect to the fitting 2. The rotary member 9 is supported in a rotatable manner with respect to a support hole 8 formed at the upper lateral piece 5 of the fitting 2, and an apparatus mounting part 30 is provided at an upper part of the fastening member 10. Thereby, a protrusion amount of the fastening member 10 from the upper lateral piece 5 is made to be small, and a clamp mechanism can be stabilized with respect to an external force. At the same time, even when a direction of the apparatus mounted on the apparatus mounting part 30 is changed, fastening by the fastening member 10 can be made not to become loose. |
