PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate restoration, while suppressing overturning-sliding of a base part of a coastal structure such as a dike by a huge Tsunami.SOLUTION: A base part unit 10 of a coastal structure 1 is installed at a ground-leveled sea bottom, and a bottom part mound 2 is formed for surrounding the base part unit 10, and a plurality of deformable joints 3 are projected from an upper surface of the base part unit 10. An intermediate unit 11 is lowered from above the base part unit 10, and the joints 3 are inserted into a hole 30 of an under surface, and the joints 3 are integrated by a connection rod 31, and a space 4 is formed between the base part unit 10 and the intermediate unit 11. Similarly, an upper unit 12 is connected on the intermediate unit 11 by forming the space 4. When receiving external force by the huge Tsunami, the joints are deformed and absorb energy, and allow the base part unit 10 to remain in an original position by preventing moving and overturning, so that restoration can be easily made. |
