PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sleeping state measuring apparatus capable of measuring sleep depth at a high degree of accuracy.SOLUTION: A sleeping state measuring apparatus 1 comprises: abnormality signal detection means 4 for detecting a body movement signal as an abnormality signal, from output signals of a biological information detection sensor 2; abnormality signal exclusion means 5 for excluding the detection period of the abnormality signal detected by the abnormality signal detection means 4, from the output signals of the biological information detection sensor 2; respiratory cycle calculation means 6 for calculating a respiratory cycle C on the basis of the output signals from which the detection period of the abnormality signal has been excluded by the abnormality signal exclusion means 5; and sleep depth evaluation means 9 for evaluating the sleep depth on the basis of the respiratory cycle C calculated by the respiratory cycle calculation means 6. |
