PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a durability prediction device of roof components in which the durability of the roof components of a building is predicted with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A maintenance system 40 has a temperature sensor 36 for measuring a temperature of roofing materials 14, a DB 42 for storing the temperature, a body part 44 for predicting the durability of the roofing materials 14, and a display unit 64. Then, at the time point of deterioration diagnosis of the roofing materials 14, the body part 44 predicts a deterioration speed of the roofing materials 14 corresponding to a cumulative time reaching a preset temperature or more, and predicts the durability of the roofing materials 14 before reaching an acceptable degree of deterioration K. Here, the maintenance system 40 predicts the deterioration speed in conformity with a progress state of the deterioration, even if high temperature conditions beyond the preset temperature continue at the roofing materials 14 for a long time and the deterioration progresses, and thereby can predicts the durability of the roofing materials 14 with high accuracy. |
