PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio repeater which can be installed even if subsoil is unstable or there is the risk of secondary disaster, and does not require much time for antenna control.SOLUTION: In a radio repeater 6, a parabolic antenna 22 and a cross dipole antenna 23 are accommodated and disposed in the vicinity of a top within a casing 21 and a transmission/reception facility 24 and a battery 25 which are heavy objects are accommodated and disposed in the vicinity of a bottom, respectively. Therefore, the radio repeater 6 is stabilized in such an attitude that the transmission/reception facility 24 or the battery 25 comes to a lower position (a standing attitude hereafter) and is accommodated in such a manner that directivity of the parabolic antenna 22 becomes perpendicularly downward in the standing attitude. At a position just at a lower side of the parabolic antenna 22, a radio wave reflection body 26 is accommodated within the casing 21, and the radio wave reflection body is formed in such a conical shape that an angle of a bus line to a horizontal plane is about 45°, so as to reflect radio waves incident from an arbitrary azimuth on the horizontal plane substantially upward in the standing attitude.
|
