Calcium silicate-sand mix according to an embodiment of the present invention is aged by performing hydration reaction of limestone sludge comprising calcium carbonate (CaCO3), silicon dioxide (SiO2), and water (H2O), dry-type desulfurization gypsum comprising calcium oxide (CaO), calcium sulfate (CaSO4), and calcium carbonate (CaCO3), or dry-type cinder comprising 10 wt% of calcium oxide (CaO); and used as a cement admixture having 2-10 wt% of replacement ratio for cement.
