摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a phase shift circuit that implements a reduced circuit size, and implements a desired electrical characteristic by reducing effects of parasitic components even at a high frequency.SOLUTION: The phase shift circuit includes: a series circuit comprising a field effect transistor 2a and an inductor 3a connected between input/output terminals 1a, 1b; a series circuit comprising capacitors 4a, 4b connected between the input/output terminals 1a, 1b; a capacitor 4c connected between a junction between the capacitors 4a, 4b and a ground; and a series circuit comprising a field effect transistor 2b and an inductor 3b connected between the junction between the capacitors 4a, 4b and the ground. Only two field effect transistors are required to switch a circuit state, so that a circuit size can be reduced accordingly. Furthermore, the field effect transistors constitute the series circuits with the inductors and, when the field effect transistors are turned off, off capacitances constitute series resonance circuits with the inductors, so that effects of parasitic capacitances can be reduced accordingly.
