PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ship sailing method and a ship sailing system enabled to select an optimum shipping mode thereby to reduce a fuel consumption.SOLUTION: There are set a normal sailing mode, in which the normal output of a Diesel engine 14 as a main engine is set at the optimum fuel consumption, and a low sailing mode, in which the lower output than the normal output is set at the optimum fuel consumption. The ship is sailed by switching the normal shipping mode and the low shipping mode in accordance with the shipping situation of the ship. |
