PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gable tile which prevents rainwater running on a side plate part of the gable tile from falling as raindrops from an underside of a side plate part directly to a ground when it rains.SOLUTION: A gable tile is formed in a nearly inverse L-shaped cross section, and has a top plate part 2 and a side plate part 3. A rain receiver 6 for receiving rainwater from a gable tile of a subsequent stage is formed in a lower end of the side plate part 3, and a rainwater running surface 7 with a downward inclination formed toward the inside is formed in a lower surface of the side plate part 3 ranging at least from the tip of the rain receiver 6 to a width surface 4. Rainwater running on the side plate part by the rainwater running surface 7 is sequentially transmitted to the gable tile of a next stage, and discharged from a rain gutter, thus preventing raindrops from being generated from the side plate part. |
