PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To acquire event information according to a method independent of the kind of media or a reception protocol.SOLUTION: In a radio program distribution system 1 in which a user terminal 70 receives and outputs audio of a radio program distributed via a communication line 80, upon receiving stereo audio distributed via the communication line 80, the user terminal 70 outputs program audio included in the stereo audio, monitors a change in volume in instruction audio included in the stereo audio, transmits a transmission request of an operation instruction to an instruction server 50 when the change in volume is detected, and executes a predetermined operation on the basis of contents of the operation instruction transmitted from the instruction servicer 50. |
