PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide resampling processing in consideration of wavenumber change characteristics of a light source.SOLUTION: A resampling method is provided in a data processor to which an optical coherence tomography is applied, the method irradiating a target object by sweeping the wavelength of light from a light source and obtaining light reflected from the object as an interference waveform signal from an interferometer. The resampling method includes irradiating a measurement point provided on a jig for fixing the target object and the target object with light from the light source to obtain the interference waveform signal, and referring to a wave number - time function calculated from the interference waveform signal obtained by irradiating the measurement point with light to determine the wave number - time function of light from the light source. Then, the resampling method includes obtaining a resampling point of the interference waveform signal where the wave number of the wave number - time function determined in the previous step is set at a regular interval, and resampling the interference waveform signal at the resampling point. |
