PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a noise source position estimation device capable of measuring a noise position irrespectively of a shape of a measurement target.SOLUTION: A measuring unit 10 acquires temporal changes in noise waveforms of a measurement target in a plurality of measurement locations in the same time domain. An arithmetic unit 20 operates an electromagnetic field analysis if the plurality of measurement locations are assumed as signal source positions and the temporally changing waveforms are assumed as excitation waveforms of the signal sources, detects a peak of an electromagnetic field intensity for an operation result, and determines a position at which the peak is detected as a noise source. A result display unit 50 displays thereon a position at which the noise source occurs. |
