PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a less-expensive high reliability lighting fixture and a high reliability lighting fixture manufactured by the same, by adopting a manufacturing method suitable for large item small scale production and employing high versatility parts manufactured by the manufacturing method.SOLUTION: An elongated extrusion molding product 201 extending in a direction of an arrow is molded by extrusion of aluminum from a die in the direction of the arrow. The extrusion molding product 201 is formed with thirteen pieces of cooling fins 21 and two side plates 22, in a direction of the arrow. The extrusion molding product 201 is cut to a prescribed length to form cut elements 202. After this process, machine works such as a cutting work and a milling work are carried out to form a main body 2. After this, the main body 2 is installed within a die of an injection molding machine, and thermoplastic synthetic resin is injected so that a male thread member 6 is integrally fixed. Thus, the main body 2 is completely manufactured. |
