<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Tsunami durable type infiltration circulation storage tank capable of preventing intrusion of seawater even after being attacked by a Tsunami, in an infiltration circulation storage tank.SOLUTION: The Tsunami durable type infiltration circulation storage tank comprises an outside protective wall 2 buried in the ground, a circulation storage tank 3, a cutoff infiltration layer 4 and a porous member filled in the outside protective wall 2, and also comprises pumping means 51, water supply means 52 and air supply means 55. In normal time, storage water of the circulation storage tank 3 is circulated by the pumping means 51, and is purified by contacting with a porous material, and clean water is always secured. In flooding by the Tsunami, the outside protective wall 2 defends the Tsunami trying to flow in the circulation storage tank 3 from above, and an air layer supplied to the cutoff infiltration layer 4 by the air supply means 55 defends the Tsunami trying to intrude from below.</p> |
