PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power-assisted type body-mountable type flapping flight tool and a flight support device that facilitates flight thereof.SOLUTION: In a body-mountable type flapping flight tool, a body-mountable back board 3 is provided with a flapping wing 1 via a shoulder shaft 2, and the wing is provided with a built-in wind pressure jet machine 4 so as to be tiltable with a handle 7. This structure makes the flapping wing move up and down. Further, a driving motor 93 and a clutch 94 assist the vertical motion of the flapping wing 1. A flight support device is constituted by being provided with a body board below a running board provided with an approach magnet and an oscillation drive wheel via a torque transmission tool and a U-shaped suspension board.
