<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the intrusion of air into a folded carcass band and the generation of a wave on a surface of the carcass band by finely adjusting a shape of a bladder in the middle of the folding of a tire constituent member around a bead member.SOLUTION: In a tire molding method having a folding process for folding a carcass band 20 around a bead core 22 on a molding drum 10, and expanding a bladder 12 and folding it, the tire molding method also has an air feed process for feeding air to the folded bladder 12, and expanding the folded bladder 12, and an air-feed control process for controlling the pressure of fed air in the air feed process at each prescribed air-feed step which constitutes the folding process.</p> |
