PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous oscillation circuit of an ATS on-vehicle device capable of providing a stable continuous oscillation signal by suppressing an influence due to an interference wave and to provide an interference wave removal method on the continuous oscillation circuit of the ATS on-vehicle device.SOLUTION: A continuous oscillation circuit of an ATS on-vehicle device includes a positive feedback circuit (1) having a pickup coil (10) and an amplitude adjuster (13). Therein, the positive feedback circuit oscillates a continuous oscillating signal at a continuous oscillating frequency, an amplitude of the continuous oscillating signal is adjusted by the amplitude adjuster in order to obtain the stable continuous oscillating signal, an interference signal component V2 is superimposed on an input signal V with respect to the amplitude adjuster with respect to a continuous signal component V1, a continuous signal component calculation circuit (2) which calculates an amplitude value A1 of the continuous signal component V1 by removing an influence of the interference signal component V2 on the basis of an output signal V3 resonating with the same frequency as the continuous oscillating frequency and the input signal V is further provided and the amplitude adjuster corrects the output amplitude by referring the amplitude value A1 calculated by the continuous signal component calculation circuit.
