<p>The present invention relates to a process for producing solid microspherules of actinide compounds from an actinide salt solution, comprising the following successive steps: fractionation of the actinide salt solution in droplet form; injection of the actinide salt solution in droplet form at an injection inlet in a precipitation reactor (8); characterized in that it comprises the following subsequent steps: injection of a transport gas into said reactor, at least from a first zone of the precipitation reactor (8) so as to transport, in said reactor, droplets and microspherules produced in said reactor in the direction of a second zone of the reactor located downstream of the first zone relative to the direction of circulation of the transport gas; establishment of a partial pressure of ammonia gas as precipitation gas in the precipitation reactor (8) intended to react with the droplets; precipitation, in the precipitation reactor (8), of the droplets of actinide salt solution with the ammonia gas so as to form solid microspherules of actinide compounds; recovery of the actinide microspherules at a recovery outlet made in the second zone of the reactor (8); the transport gas being injected into the reactor with a flow rate such that the surface velocity thereof is greater than or equal to the terminal free-fall velocity of the droplets and microspherules so as to oppose the falling thereof by gravity and to transport them to the recovery outlet. The present process and the associated device can be integrated more generally into a process for producing nuclear fuels.</p> |
