The invention relates to an electronic device having a bezeless touch screen and a display device having a wide display area and facilitating assembly and disassembly. The electronic device having a bezeless touch screen and a display device according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a touch screen panel, a display unit, a coupling plate, and a housing. The display unit is arranged on the lower side of the touch screen panel. The coupling plate is provided in the lower part of the display unit. The housing includes a first coupling unit which fixes the touch screen panel and the external side of the display unit and a second coupling unit which is formed in the lower side of the first coupling unit and is coupled with the coupling plate. |
