Disclosed is an oil supply device comprising: a plurality of hollow cam shafts in which a through-hole passing through an inner and outer section is formed along the longitudinal direction; a cam shaft journal mounted one after another at each position where the through-hole is formed, having a fluid path connected with the through-hole, and combined with a cylinder head; and a shaft side fluid path to pass oil through the cam shaft journal and the through-hole sequentially in an oil pump and then to supply the oil to the internal of the hollow cam shaft.
