<p>The present invention relates to an insert structure for an anchor bolt. An insert structure for an anchor bolt that installs an anchor bolt (7) into a through-hole (5a) of a deck plate (5) for a building slab includes a body (10) provided with a vertical penetrating portion (11) to receive the anchor bolt (7), of which an upper portion penetrates through the through-hole (51) to an upper portion of the deck plate (5) and then is buried by concrete placed on the top surface of the deck plate (5), and a lower portion protrudes from the bottom surface of the deck plate (5); an upper end fixing portion (20) fixing the upper end of the anchor bolt (7) placed in the vertical penetrating portion (11) of the body (10) to prevent axial rotation of the anchor bolt (7); a lower end support portion (30) for preventing the lower portion of the body (10) exposed from the bottom surface of the deck plate (5) from coming upwardly through a through-hole (5a) of the deck plate (5); and a shaking prevention portion (40) for preventing the body (10) from shaking in a lateral direction. Therefore, the anchor bolt is firmly installed to improve the stability. Also, all parts including the body are made of insulation material (plastic), thereby preventing the electricity from flowing to the deck plate via the anchor bolt and reducing the costs relative to nonferrous metal.</p> |
