The present invention relates to a degaussing system of a war vessel. The present invention is to provide the degaussing system of a war vessel capable of displaying an optimal navigation route to an electronic navigation chart apparatus to minimize the possibility of a magnetic induction mine attack by installing a simulation apparatus, which predicts a change in a hull magnetic field component depending on the environment of the earth magnetic field and the direction of a head of the vessel to the predicted navigation route of the vessel, on a steering house. To achieve the above purpose of the present invention, the disclosed degaussing system of a war vessel comprises: a degaussing system operator; a ship navigation data/GPS; a magnetometer probe; a degaussing control unit; a magnetic compass; the simulation apparatus; a power supply unit; degaussing coils; and an electronic chart display and information system (ECDIS).
