The present invention relates to an apparatus for operating a remotely operated vehicle (ROV) for underwater search, and elimination and reconnaissance of a mine. The apparatus is installed with the ROV in a ballast tank which is disposed in the external of a pressure hull of a submarine and separates the ROV away from the submarine in the water and operates the same.
