The present invention relates to an optical film roll manufacturing system capable of slitting a long patterned web-type optical film sheet in an appropriate point with high precision. The system conveys the long patterned web-type optical film sheet, slits the sheet; and winds the long web-type optical film into a roll to manufacture an optical film roll. The system includes: a slit line which is and end face surface of the optical film in the length direction; an imaging unit recording the adjacent patterns; and an alignment unit adjusting the location of a slit unit which slits the optical film sheet in the width direction based on the imaging result obtained by the imaging unit. |
