The present invention relates to an upper structure of a bridge and a bridge construction method thereof. The upper structure of a bridge according to the present invention includes: a girder (100) which is mounted on the upper party of a bridge shift (1) or pier (2); an end pylon (200) which is formed on a side or both ends of the girder (100); and a cable (300) which is coupled to the girder (100) and the end pylon (200) to partially deliver the load on the girder (100) to the end pylon (200). The girder (100) and the end pylon (200) are integrated together.
