The present invention relating to a temperature control valve apparatus for hot and cold water supply system includes a temperature control valve unit installed in a required position. When the hot and cold water supply system, which receives a request for usage of mixed water from a user, is driven, the temperature control valve unit stops the supply of cold water, circulates the remaining water in a mixed water pipe, mixes hot water heated by a heating device with the remaining water split from the remaining water introduced to the heating device to be introduced as cold water, and flows the mixed water until the temperature of the mixed water reaches a predetermined temperature or a predetermined temperature set by the user. When the mixed water reaches the predetermined temperature or the predetermined temperature set by the user, the temperature control valve unit stops the flow of mixed water. |
